Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 12pm EST are typically shipped same or next business day via USPS or UPS, once your order has been successfully placed. Orders are shipped only during business days, which include Monday through Friday. This excludes weekends and holidays. During peak times, such as holiday seasons and other special circumstances, orders usually take 2-3 business to process BEFORE being shipped. See below for shipping rates and times. Drop-Offs
Available in New York City only. Currently available for The Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan. Please email or message us on any of our social media handles BEFORE placing your order to confirm a date and time. Orders placed with drop-off selected without prior notice will be cancelled. Orders placed with drop-off selected and is not within the applicable areas will be cancelled.

However, we can file disputes with the shipping carrier and request a refund from them should an issue occur with your package. In order to potentially receive any refund, the package must be insured. Uninsured packages cannot be disputed. We currently offer complimentary insurance on all priority orders. If you choose standard shipping, we encourage you to select the insured option. If you have any issues with your package, please contact us immediately for assistance. Insurance claims can take weeks up to months to be resolved.
